One of Ravne’s tunnels greatest mysteries is the reason why they have been sealed with earth along their entire structure, with dry-stone walls placed at every side entrance. Furthermore it must be noted that the tunnels’ entire structure has been planned and built in conglomerate without metal or coal veins, but for another reason. Certainly the tunnels’ seal has been done later, maybe by a different population who came along at a later time. - Quale è la situazione attuale (2010) dagli scavi nei tunnel di Ravne (Valle di Visoko - Bosnia-Erzegovina) e quali le ipotesi emerse dal sopraluogo del nostro gruppo di ricerca? In primo luogo che possono esserci diversi momenti storici di sviluppo dei tunnel, costruzione e poi sigillatura, ai quali si è poi sovrapposta un’altra civiltà, probabilmente temporalmente localizzata molto più tardi (forse nel tardo Periodo Neolitico o nel Periodo Protostorico), cha ha riabitato l’ingresso dei tunnel, mai sigillato integralmente, e che ha lasciato molte tracce del suo passaggio.
