This book investigates the concept of partnership from a range of perspectives in contributions from scholars and researchers from various disciplines including literature, linguistics, sociology, pedagogy and teacher training. Such different approaches contribute to forming a coherent, if multifaceted, whole, for promoting a culture of partnership entails an open and dynamic approach towards those events and systems of human relationship that characterise our contemporary societies.
