Spesso atteggiamenti e comportamenti degli studenti nell’ambito dell’attività matematica sono
influenzati in modo significativo da fattori affettivi e convinzioni su di sé e sulla matematica.
In questo articolo si propone un’attività di problem-solving basata sulle costruzioni geometriche
capace di coinvolgere gli studenti, superando quelle difficoltà che l’insegnamentoapprendimento
della geometria spesso comporta. Student’s attitudes and behaviours towards mathematical activities, are often affected in a significant way by emotional factors and personal beliefs about themselves and
mathematics itself.
In this article a ‘problem-solving’ activity based on geometrical constructions is
proposed in order to motivate students and overcome the difficulties which are often part of the teaching and learning process of geometry.
