Abstract
Wall resolving large eddy simulation (LES) with the dynamic Smagorinsky model (DSM) is implemented under the single phase Euler-Euler framework to investigate the effects of suspending noncohesive sediment on the flow characteristics in a turbulent open channel flow. © Copyright 2016 by the International Society of Offshore and Polar Engineers (ISOPE).
