In questo articolo vengono messi a fuoco alcuni aspetti del mutamento linguistico che ha investito la lingua russa in seguito alla pandemia da Covid-19. L’analisi è condotta in ottica sincronica e la riflessione riguarda non solo i neologismi lessicali, ma anche le innovazioni che toccano la morfologia e la semantica, nonché le modalità con cui la lingua ha rappresentato la situazione pandemica. Pur tenendo conto della vastità dei fenomeni indagati, possiamo affermare che l’impatto complessivo della pandemia sul sistema della lingua russa rimane limitato; si è modificato di più il modo di vivere, e quindi di comunicare durante il periodo pandemico, piuttosto che la lingua russa nel suo complesso.
This article focuses on certain aspects of the linguistic change in the Russian language following the Covid-19 pandemic. The analysis is conducted from a synchronic perspective, and the reflection concerns not only lexical neologisms, but also innovations affecting morphology and semantics, as well as the ways in which the language represented the pandemic situation. Even taking into account the vastness of the phenomena investigated, we can state that the overall impact of the pandemic on the Russian language system remains limited; it changed more the way of life, and thus of communication during the pandemic period, rather than the Russian language as a whole.
