Nell’articolo vengono pubblicate, tradotte con testo tedesco a fronte e corredate di una dettagliata presentazione e di commento due lettere inedite per lettrici e lettori italiani, di Paul Celan indirizzate a Ingeborg Bachmann, scritte il 16 e il 17 ottobre 1957. Le lettere sono state scoperte nel 2016 nella soffitta della famiglia Bachmann a Klagenfurt e costituiscono un tassello mancante del carteggio tra i poeti, uscito in Germania nel 2008 e in Italia nel 2010. Sono state pubblicate in Germania per la prima volta sul settimanale “Die Zeit” il 28 aprile 2016.
In the article two unpublished letters from Paul Celan to Ingeborg Bachmann written on the 16th and 17th October 1957 will be published, translated with German parallel text and accompanied by a detailed presentation as well as a thorough comment. The letters were discovered in 2016 in the Bachmanns’ attic in Klagenfurt and represent a missing piece of the poets’ correspondence, which had been published in 2008 in Germany and in 2010 in Italy. The letters were printed for the first time in Germany in the weekly publication “Die Zeit” on April 28th, 2016.
