In a changing world the way of pesenting foreign languages changes accordingly. Functional Discourse Grammar can offer a successful model for teaching to adults at any level. After a theoretical presentation, in the article is presented the Functional Discourse Grammar approach, and the way it was realized in the authors' "Guida alla lingua ungherese" book.
