Abstract
Our study <aim to determ the different risk of a significan lesion assoiated with ASC-H in non-menopausal women (<45 years), perimenopausal women (45-55 years). 105 ASC-H (0,23%) out of a total of 45.851 Pap smears between January 1,2005 and December 31,2007 were examined.......... ASC-H is likely to correlate with a higher percentage of squamous lesions on biopsy, particulary in women <45 years of age.
