The New Organization of the Italian Ministry for National Heritage and the Sources of the Legal System
The article focuses on the instruments which have been implemented in order to change the organization of the Italian Ministry for National Heritage, according to law provisions which depart from a general model established by the law n. 400/1988, and raise doubts about the compliance with the Italian Constitution.
