Nietzsche non è certo l’unico che ha posto la questione
del senso dell’essere. É tuttavia senz’altro il primo
ad averla assunta come questione storica. Impostandola
nel modo più radicale. In questo saggio non viene
dunque trattato tutto Nietzsche. L’Autore espone,
invece, in particolare, l’analisi del nichilismo europeo
elaborata da Nietzsche. Questo perché, questo nichilismo
è il movimento che, portando l’uomo a credere al
divenire anche nelle cose spirituali, realizza il grande
salto, come Nietzsche lo definisce. Un salto rispetto alla
fede nell’essere. Grande perché con esso l’intera storia
dell’occidente cambia verso. Inizia infatti un tempo
nuovo, nel quale l’esserci, assume come realtà il fatto
che è in tutto e per tutto storico. Il che significa che, nella
sua storia, la questione «essere» è ormai solo storica
e storico è il «senso» dell’essere stesso. Essere in tutto e
per tutto storico, dopo aver cercato in tutto e per tutto
di non esserlo, è la svolta che, dalla metafisica, conduce
alla effettiva trasvalutazione di tutti i valori. Nietzsche is certainly not the only one asking the
question about the sense of being. Nevertheless he
was the first to understand it as historical issue and
set it in the most radical way. This essay doesn’t deal
with the whole NietzschÉs thought. The Author focuses, instead, on the analysis of the European nihilism
elaborated by Nietzsche. This is because nihilism
is the movement, which urges the man to believe in
becoming even in spiritual things and which makes
the great leap, as Nietzsche calls it: leap if compared
to the belief in being, great because it brings about a
change of direction in the whole history of Western
World. Starts a new era, in which the existence acknowledges
the reality of its own fully historical being.
That means that, in its history, the issue of «being
» is now exclusively historical and historical is the
«meaning» of self-same being. Being historical in all
respects, after trying in every way not to be it, is the
turning point leading from metaphysics to actual
transvaluation of all values.
