The focus is on some emerging issues that may influence future territorial organizations, both as regards the system of transport of people and goods, both as regards the impact of this system on economic systems, urban development, environmental and social system of the region.
In the second part are mentioned some known principles of systemic planning that in this case, must be taken into account in order to properly address the issue of strategic planning of the transport system, integrated with recurrence and influences on the settlements, environment and society.
