A new type of artificial spermatocele is proposed. A Gore-tex cylinder is sutured to the tails of the epididymides making a bridge between the two testes. The advantages of this spermatocele are (1) use of a single puncture; (2) easy execution of the puncture because the bridge stabilizes and holds the testicles in place; (3) a greater quantity of aspirate and, therefore, easier conservation of sperm; (4) a better quality of aspirate; and (5) relative ease of the surgical procedure.
