"Improvement of Landscape in Rural Development": The paper deals with the problem of the value of landscape. In some cases the landscape value is increased by complementary goods, such as sporting facilities or restaurants, but in other cases the very landscape is a complementary good to other economical activities. Transition can happen in both directions, and the paper gives examples of both of them. Some original models are derived by merging Lotka-Volterra equations in the context of a system of evolutionary customer fidelization.
