The focus of this publication is the young and the communication with and between them to inspire participation and social belonging to a wider territorial and cultural area. Young people, let us not forget, are full citizens of the global village: they share languages, codes of communication, social behaviours and attitudes; they are also the perpetuation of the cultural heritage left by the currently adult population. For this reason, the young are the main target of investment not only from, parents, communities and society but also in Europe.
