We examined 676 patients (367 females, 309 males) affected by drug resistant Epilepsy treated with Lamotrigine in add on. We evaluated the outcomes at 3,6,12,24,36 months of terapy. By the application of the Kaplan Meier survival curve referred at responders and unresponders, it result for Generalized Epilepsy a greater number of Responders in the group of female patients at every follow up. This data is less obvious in Partial Epilepsies and is equal in the group of males in the last year of observation.
