The paper deals with the relationship between the so called right to be forgotten and the personality rights, in a tension between a European and digital approach, on the one hand, and a national reality, where remedies are mainly shaped in an « analogical fashion », on the other.
La nota prende in considerazione i rapporti tra diritto all’oblio e i diritti della personalità, tra ispirazioni e slanci europei e digitali, da un lato, e realtà nazionali, ancorate ad una realtà dei fatti e delle soluzioni prevalentemente analogiche, dall’altro.
