It seems appropriate to re-propose an ideal itinerary through university life in Trieste with a volume that describes, in an updated key, the innovations, the structural structure, the scientific research and the main study offers. Getting to know the academic Trieste, with a text also in English version, is therefore a goal that we set ourselves with a view to the wide dissemination of our cultural role in a vast territory, which goes beyond the usual national borders, to extend to neighboring nations, to the vast Danube basin, to the whole of Europe, to the more properly international and global dimension.
