Attraverso un ampio campione di fonti epigrafiche concernenti strutture e infrastrutture, amministrazione e organizzazione, mestieri portuali si tenta di individuare le specificità dell'uso delle iscrizioni nei porti di età romana. Through a large sample of epigraphic sources concerning facilities and infrastructure, administration and organization, crafts this paper tries to identify the specific use of the inscriptions in the ports of the Roman era.
