The Paper regards the well-known (at least, outside Italy) experiences of Supporters Trusts. The research work has studied the Spanish, German and English cases, individuating their main elements from a legal point of view. Pointed such elements, I have noted theme as core ones of the Italian "società cooperativa". Then, I have underlined that - in accordance to internal applicable Laws (i.e. L. no. 91/81) - is not possible to constitute a football club adopting the scheme of "società cooperativa"
