Authors analyze emotional and behavioural responses of 115 patients undergone tissue expansion during the last five years. Patient acceptance of the technique has been high (77,4%). Authors emphasize that best rehabilitative results can be achieved not only with adequate surgical skillness but also with a great care to psychological details.
