Abstract
This article examines Michael Heinrich’s interpretation of Marx’s scientific revolution, emphasizing its distinctive contribution to understanding Marx’s break with classical political economy. While Heinrich underscores Marx’s rejection of anthropological foundations, this study explores whether such a rupture necessarily precludes considerations of individuality and subjectivity within Marx’s mature critique. By reconstructing key conceptual transformations and critically reassessing Heinrich’s interpretation of fundamental categories in Marxian value theory, this paper offers an alternative perspective on the repositioning of subjectivity within Marx’s theoretical framework as reflected in his later works.
