Abstract
Il contributo si inserisce nell’analisi relativa al paesaggio e al pa- trimonio culturale, a scala nazionale, con un focus regionale sulla Puglia. Si tratta di due ambiti che hanno seguito un processo di evo- luzione negli ultimi decenni e che si sono virtuosamente incrocia- ti. Da un lato il paesaggio, a partire dalla Convenzione europea del paesaggio (2000) ad oggi, vent’anni dopo, è stato sempre più visto come espressione di un progetto culturale e politico europeo, teso ad influire sui rapporti tra società e territorio e a proporre nuovi modelli di comportamento, sia per il ruolo dei soggetti pubblici, sia per le azioni di tipo privato, attraverso un’accezione più ampia. Dall’altro, il rapporto tra paesaggio e patrimonio culturale è diventato sempre più vivo sia nella dimensione conoscenza/conservazione (monumen- ti, agglomerati e siti), che nella valorizzazione, rappresentazione e gestione. Il contributo analizza l’esperienza della Puglia in relazio- ne alla valorizzazione dei beni culturali e paesaggistici, in particola- re, attraverso uno strumento di rappresentazione e azione come la Carta dei beni culturali. The contribution is part of the analysis relating to the landscape and cultural heritage on a national scale and with a regional focus on Puglia. These are two areas that have followed a process of evolution in recent decades and that have virtuously crossed each other. On the one hand, the landscape from the European Landscape Convention (2000) to today (twenty years later) has been increasingly seen as the expression of a European cultural and political project, aimed at influencing the relations between society and the territory and proposing new models of behavior, both for the role of public subjects and for the actions of the private party, through a broader meaning. On the other hand, the relationship between landscape and cultural heritage has become increasingly alive both in the knowledge/conservation dimension (monuments, agglomerations and sites), and in the enhancement, representation and management. The contribution analyzes the experience of Puglia in relation to the enhancement of cultural and landscape heritage, in particular, through a tool of representation and action such as the Charter of Cultural Heritage.
