We report a case of infiammatory fibrosarcoma occurring in 49-years old man, that manifested with distinct multinodular masses in the mesentery. In this case of fibrosarcoma the light microscopy examination disclosed cells morphologically resembling, if not identical, to the diagnostic Reed Stenberg cell. The concomitant, reactive changes as well as hyaline fibrous deposit could further corroborate an erroneous diagnosi of Hodgkin's disease.
