Convergenti disaccordi: spigolature deleuziane sul testo di un amico

Drawing on Deleuze’s understanding of philosophical work, in my paper I seek to discuss Damiano Canale’s preoccupation as to the loss of a critical role that legal philosophy may play. This allows me to also inspect the meaning and impact that a coursebook, like Canale’s, can have when seek-ing to render explicit what is implict in (the discourse of) law.
