In this chapter we will report on some of the most interesting advancements in mAbs and ADC-based therapeutics, with special focus on ACDs as a particular set of site-specific delivery systems. We anticipate that what we offered here will certainly spur the interest of scientists not yet active in this fascinating yet highly challenging field in the near future.
