Long-term efficacy and safety of Levetiracetam (LEV) in clinical practice were evaluated prospectically in 25 epileptic patients, over a period of two years. At the end of the follow-up, 20% were seizure-free and 24% showed an improvement in seizure control ≥ 50%. Overall, LEV was well tolerated.
