Many researchers recognize food both as a driver of socio-spatial justice and as a basic right.
Pothukuchi and Kaufman first considered food system an urban question, but some models were
already theorized, even though their realization often generated contradictions. On this premise,
the proposal aims to reflect about relationships between food and the socio-physical-environmental
sphere of communities it feeds, also considering some experiences in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region
as examples.
