This article is devoted to an analysis of the titles of the 66 novels written by Agatha
Christie, with a special focus on their Italian translations. It is divided into
twelve parts, each of which takes a specific title as a starting point to illustrate the
main findings of the analysis in relation to aspects such as multiple titling, title
form and structure, title functions and translation.
