Sull’efficacia delle decisioni della Corte costituzionale sui conflitti di attribuzione tra potere legislativo e autorità giurisdizionale e sui riflessi delle stesse sulla posizione delle parti processuali e sulle successive determinazioni del giudice

The article (unpublished, original and invitation) examines the peculiar effectiveness of the decisions of the constitutional Court on jurisdictional disputes between the legislative and judicial Bodies, as well as the reflections of the same rulings on the position of both parties to the proceedings, and on subsequent determinations of the judge. All with special attention to the "false target" consisting of the force of "res judicata"' of the judgment of the Court and to the value erga omnes it has.
