The paper examines the epistemology of the Polish philosopher Ludwik Fleck considered by Thomas Kuhn as his precursor, with particular reference to two key concepts of his thought, the thought-style and the thought-collective of which the modes of functioning are analyzed. As proof of the vitality of Fleckian thought, we outline some possible uses of the thought-style and of the thought-collective in the interpretation of various cultural phenomena. Nell'articolo viene esaminata l'epistemologia del filosofo polacco Ludwik Fleck considerato da Thomas Kuhn suo precursore, con particolare riferimento a due concetti cardine del suo pensiero, lo stile di pensiero e il collettivo di pensiero di cui vengono analizzate le modalità di funzionamento. A riprova della vitalità del pensiero fleckiano sono infine accennati alcuni possibili utilizzi del stile di pensiero e del collettivo di pensiero nell'interpretazione di vari fenomeni culturali.
