The authors present results of a monitoring campaign that was carried out in an iron-making plant, located in the proximity of an urban area; such plant was subjected to a relevant environmental requalification project. The monitoring was aimed at evaluating the impact of requalification actions tracing the evolution of some environmental indicators that were measured before and after such actions.
