Through the analysis of some 'Liber Glossarum' glosses with the label 'Virgili', it is possible to develop insight into their content and form, namely their relation with the Virgilian exegesis, their vocabulary (sometimes Christian or Late Latin), their level of corruption. The Virgilian lemmas examined are, in order: 'Adrasti pallentis imago'; 'Galatea reliquit'; 'adsuetumque malo Ligurem'; 'origine'; 'armiger'; 'macte (mactate)'; 'aerea limina (aeratae fores)'; 'aurea fibula' and 'hibernam'; 'addas'.
