The article deals with the problem of constitutional reform in the light of the thought of Francesco Gentile. It is highlighted how important it is to reform the constitutional text in order to make the human person more and more protagonist of the juridical experience. The reform must be based on the dialectical confrontation between political forces in order to recognize the good.
