Abstract
We present the cases of a 53-year-old man who noticed a new and growing pigmented lesion on his leg (Fig 1, A); an 85-year-old man who was not aware of a small (4-mm diameter) pigmented lesion on his abdomen (Fig 1, B); and a 41-year-old woman with an unnoticed lesion of the upper aspect of her back (Fig 1, C).
