Terrestre is the new geo-political perspective outlined by the philosopher Bruno Latour (2017) and proposed here. For Latour it is the horizon with respect to which to build a new way of relating (inter)active with the Earth that rebels. Following this suggestion, the contribution reflects on some research trails around that concept. The aim is to draw attention to the issues mentioned, and propose some association between potentially convergent perspectives. The observations of the relations between climate crisis and pandemics give way to the focus of the ‘contract’ with the third actor - the Earth - in the ecological and territorial transition, and then deepen the transition from Terrestrial to Territory. The conceptualization of the approach is accompanied by the identification of an orientation of ecological territorial policies enabling a design of an ecoterritorialist future .
