On March 15, 2022, the students of the Department of Political and Social Sciences of the University of Trieste, coordinated by Eleonora Fioravanti and Davide Rotondaro, organized a discussion meeting on the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and its repercussions on Europe, attended by Giulia Caccamo, historian of international relations, Giuseppe Ieraci, political scientist, and Cesare La Mantia, historian of Eastern Europe. This Forum presents the transcript of the questions posed by the two editors and other students to the three scholars and their answers. We wanted to keep the original format of the debate – apart from the necessary editorial interventions - and the reader, therefore, should consider that the most recent developments of the war may not be included.] l 15 marzo 2022 gli studenti del Dipartimento di Scienze Politiche e Sociali dell’Università degli Studi di Trieste, coordinati da Eleonora Fioravanti e Davide Rotondaro, hanno organizzato un incontro dibattito sul conflitto russo-ucraino e le sue ripercussioni sull’Europa, al quale hanno partecipato Giulia Caccamo, storica delle relazioni internazionali, Giuseppe Ieraci, scienziato politico, e Cesare La Mantia, storico dell’Europa orientale. Questo Forum presenta la trascrizione delle domande poste dai due curatori e da altri studenti ai tre studiosi e delle loro risposte. Si è voluto mantenere il formato originale del dibattito – fatti salvi gli interventi editoriali necessari - e il lettore, pertanto, dovrebbe considerare che gli sviluppi più recenti della guerra non potevano ovviamente essere compresi.
