A case where the use of anthropometric tecniques and digital facial reconstruction tecniques allowed a negative match about the recognition of a missed person. At the end f june 2003 a skull was found on the sea bottom in a pound near Trieste. Four years after was asked us to determine the possible identity between the skull and the missed person
