Il commento ha per oggetto una sentenza resa dalla Corte di giustizia dell’Unione europea, sull’interpretazione degli artt. 13 e 28 reg. Ue n. 650/2012. Si occupa, in particolare, di alcuni problemi concernenti la rinuncia all’eredità, inserita nel contesto di una successione internazionale e regolata dal diritto tedesco, con tendenziale convergenza fra lex e forum successionis.
This paper analyses a judgment rendered by the Court of Justice of the European Union on the interpretation of Articles 13 and 28 EU Reg. No. 650/2012. It deals, in particular, with certain problems concerning the waiver of inheritance, inserted in the context of an international succession and governed by German law, with a tendency of convergence between lex and forum successionis.
