Il lavoro evidenzia le singolari e sinora sottaciute peculiarità metriche e di struttura presenti nelle sezioni meliche delle Baccanti nell’Aldina del 1503, tentando di individuarne la genesi e la base manoscritta nella disastrata tradizione del dramma. The work highlights the striking metrical and strophic peculiarities in the melic parts of Euripides’ Bacchai in Aldus’ princeps (1503), and offers a fresh examination of the scanty ms tradition of this drama as regards these hitherto underestimated editorial facts.
