Il trasporto pubblico locale di passeggeri: origini e sviluppi del servizio tra legislazione nazionale e sovranazionale. L'esempio virtuoso della Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The local public transport sector is constantly evolving: nevertheless, both national and supranational legislation are definitively fragmentary and characterized by continuous reform measures which have made the reference regulatory context even more confused. Despite this awareness, there is a positive example in the framework of pursuing an effective liberalization policy in the local public transport sector: it’s the case of Friuli Venezia Giulia, the first Region that banned and awarded the tender for the management of local urban and extra urban public transport, by road and by sea, for the whole regional basin of reference.
