Abstract
A good life, for Judith Butler, cannot be separated from the relationship with others and from resistance to a bad life, consisting in opposing the differential distribution of the value of life and precariousness. The paper addresses two conditions under which vulnerability and interdependence become unbearable, depending on the role that architecture also assigns to bodies and determines their right to be present in public and private spaces.
