Abstract
In more and more sectors, companies with innovative business models are conquering international markets. It is no longer just Internet start-ups that are stirring up traditional markets with their new platform business models. Many established companies are also recognizing opportunities that arise from intelligent business model design in foreign markets. This book is the first to link business model development with corporate internationalization and shows how a structured process can be used to develop a business model that is optimally geared to exploiting international market opportunities. Helpful methods and instruments are presented for this purpose.
