Shaping Inclusive Tourist Experiences

L'obiettivo del progetto è fornire agli stakeholder del turismo ecosistemico metodi e strumenti innovativi per identificare criticità esistenti, ipotesi di soluzioni e margini di miglioramento utilizzando l'approccio del Design Universale (UD) per pianificare e ottimizzare interventi volti a ridurre le barriere multidimensionali (non solo architettoniche, ma anche sensoriali, cognitive, comunicative ed economiche) che limitano l'accesso alle persone più fragili nella fruizione dell'ecosistema turistico.

The goal of the project is to provide ecosystem tourism stakeholders with innovative methods and tools to identify existing criticalities, hypotheses for solutions and room for improvement using the Universal Design (UD) approach to plan and optimize interventions to reduce multidimensional barriers (not only architectural but also sensory, cognitive, communicative, and economic) that limit access to the most fragile people in the enjoyment of the tourism ecosystem.
